I am interested in ordering these, but last time I got the HSN Birkenstock deal recently though this site, they sent me a “narrow” size that was way too long. I had to pay return shipping 🙁 Reviews on this one mention the same thing – that they might send you narrow. I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue?
Hey there! I’m not finding specific details on the width of these when checking the product details; however, if you happen to receive a pair that doesn’t fit, they offer free exchanges -“Just visit us online or give us a call to start your exchange. Then ship your item back within 30 days of receipt using the HSN return label and we’ll send you the same item in another size or color. We’ll even pay for return shipping—so it won’t cost you a thing.” Hoping this may be helpful! ❤️
Wow that sounds good, thank you!
You’re very welcome! 💕🤗
Someone told me narrow is the American normal average width, denoted by a filled in foot symbol on the footbed. Germans normal width is wide, symbolized by just the outline of a foot on the footbed. Your best bet is to try some on at a Birkenstock store to establish if you are wide. If you are, most deals on these sites won’t work for you, unless they specifically offer wide.
Thanks a bunch for this helpful comment, Lissa. Good to know this may be the case for Birkenstock widths! ❤️ I also agree that trying on a pair in-store was helpful to get a good idea of the sizing I needed. I’m typically a 7-7 1/2 in shoes, but wear a 37 (6 1/2) in Birks. However, Sara is wearing her typical size in these. 🤗
